This Ulverstone home on the north coast of Tasmania combines the elegance and proportions of good mid-century design with the principles of Passivhaus and passive solar design. The design capitalises on a favourable northerly aspect of views of the River Leven.

The Execution: High performance is subtly embedded within the design’s slim proportions. We are prioritising continuity in the building envelope, giving the site team the clear direction and detailed guidance needed to execute a sophisticated, thermally resilient home.
