Hobart Hills CLT House

This home is perched high on the hills of West Hobart with breathtaking views over the River Derwent and Hobart. Health and comfort were key drivers in the design and a gutsy client has defied the odds to bring it all to life.

The home includes CLT (cross-laminated timber) as the primary structure and is fully externally insulated in wood fibre and XPS. Triple glazed Alu-clad windows ensure comfort and views will be maintained at the same time.
